Why hire an Itinerary Planner
Reading a guidebook or blog is great for getting overview information on a destination, however collecting all the information that is relevant to you and your travel doctrine is difficult. We live in an age of unprecedented access to information, tapping our networks, screens and tablets to research places, some you have never even considered before. A hard lesson learned is that all your pre-trip research can be about someone else’s tenet and once you get to the destination you realize that it doesn’t satisfy your interests.
Having a customized itinerary produced for you whittles down the information overload and brings you the information that is pertinent to you. Having us focus on your interests and budget and create a tailored made destination resource at your fingertips gives you the ability to arrive at your destination hit the ground running and get the very most out of your vacation.
We are not travel agents
It is important to note that we are not a travel agency. As travel consultants we do not book your trip for you, we don’t get commission for making travel arrangements and we aren’t swayed by a portfolio of inventory. All our listings and recommendations are in our rolodex of hard working local friends and partners we’ve made throughout our career in travel.

Generally our average rate for a week long vacation staying at one hotel as your base and doing day-trips is $195 and $350 for a 10-day itinerary spanning 3 cities.
